Nazar and Zeliha make a deal with people with Three Letters in the hope of having grandchildren. However, she has to give her grandson Nazar to them when she gets her period and takes her first step into womanhood. His son and daughter-in-law do not comply with the agreement when the time comes, so they are sacrificed by the Three Letters in response to the Evil Eye.
